What You Need to Know
Are all estimates free?
Yes, all our estimates for rectangle-based projects are provided free of charge to all our customers. The price of steel is extremely volatile, all material pricing is valid for one week.
Can I book an in-shop design consultation?
Yes! Booking an in-shop design consultation will get you a one-on-one experience where we can generate a basic computer model in line with your vision and create an estimate right there and then.
I think my project needs an on site visit?
If a site visit is required for a consultation, we may apply a fee to cover travel/time costs. We will credit this fee if we are awarded the contract to complete your project.
What are the kinds of questions I should be prepared for?
To start we’ve identified some common questions. Being able to answer a few within your initial request is extremely helpful. Designs consults help but are not required if you know exactly what your after.
What specifically are you looking to have us work on? – can you provide a brief description?
If applicable-Can you please send and reference what pages on the engineered drawing we should be looking at?
Do you have any pictures that would aid in understanding what’s required?
Do you have specific material requirements?
What is the project timeline / completion date?
Where is the site located?
Is it possible to attend the site? – if so is there a specific person we should be contacting to coordinate?
Will machinery be made available on site or do we need to provide our own?
Do you have a preference in how we break down our estimate?
Who should we include when sending or estimate? Is there a P.O number?

$330 minimum charge = 1 welder and 1 truck for up to 3 hours. $110/hour additional charge.
$0.80 cents per kilometre via google maps from start location of 400 Maple Ave. Kitchener, ON
Secondary welder/helper on site + $80/h
Materials supplied will be added accordingly at current market pricing.
Estimates are available upon request, but we prefer to utilize the TIME + MATERIAL format in charging, as it often works in your favour. We find this to be a fair way in conducting business.
